Hertz Arena Tickets

Hertz Arena Tickets & Events

Hertz Arena is the premier indoor arena in the Fort Myers/Estero area of Southwest Florida and the long-standing home of the Florida Everblades. Hertz Arena tickets put fans inside a mid-sized, multi-purpose venue known for ECHL hockey, touring concerts, family shows, comedy, expos, and a bowl-level restaurant overlooking the ice.

This page covers everything you need to know before you go — from finding the right seats to getting there, navigating the venue, and buying with confidence.

About Hertz Arena

Hertz Arena opened in 1998 as TECO Arena, later operated under the Germain Arena name, and has been known as Hertz Arena since 2017. Located at 11000 Everblades Parkway in Estero, Florida, the arena is operated in connection with the Florida Everblades organization and seats approximately 7,181 for hockey and more than 8,500 for concerts, with configurations varying by event. The venue also includes 24 luxury suites.

The arena serves as the home of the Florida Everblades of the ECHL, bringing minor-league professional hockey to Southwest Florida along with Kelly Cup playoff runs. Beyond hockey, Hertz Arena hosts touring concerts across genres, family and children’s shows, comedy, expos and trade shows such as home and garden events, and community skating-related programming supported by its attached ice complex.

Its mid-sized scale gives concerts and live events an intimate feel compared with major metropolitan arenas, while its hockey identity remains central to the building. Hertz Arena is also known for Breakaway Sports, a bowl-level restaurant overlooking the arena floor and ice.

Location & Transportation

Hertz Arena is located at 11000 Everblades Parkway, Estero, FL 33928 — near Interstate 75 in Estero, between the Fort Myers and Bonita Springs areas of Southwest Florida.

Driving and Parking: The venue is primarily reached by car, with on-site parking lots serving arena events. Parking is cashless, and event parking for concerts has been priced around $30 plus tax and fees. For marquee concerts, playoff games, and larger events, arriving early helps avoid congestion as the lots fill before start time.

Rideshare: Rideshare drop-off and pickup are available on site. After larger or sold-out events, expect some wait time as crowds leave the arena and vehicles move through the property.

Nearby Accommodation: Hotels are available in Estero, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and along the Interstate 75 corridor. Staying near area shopping and dining destinations such as Coconut Point or Miromar Outlets can keep you close to restaurants and the arena.

Venue Navigation

Hertz Arena has a single primary seating bowl, a main concourse, premium suite areas, and an attached ice/skating complex. Understanding the layout before arrival helps you move efficiently from the entrance to your section, especially for sold-out concerts and Everblades games.

Entrances and Access: Main entrances lead into the arena concourse that serves the seating bowl. The attached ice and skating complex has separate access from the main arena event flow.

Concourse Levels: The arena is organized around one primary seating bowl with concourse access, a bowl-level restaurant called Breakaway Sports, and 24 luxury suites. Seating layouts can shift by event, especially when concerts use floor seating or when expos use open floor configurations.

Accessibility: Accessible seating and services are available at Hertz Arena, and accessible parking is provided in the on-site lots.

Dining Options

Inside Hertz Arena

Hertz Arena offers concession stands inside the venue, along with Breakaway Sports, a bowl-level restaurant overlooking the arena floor and ice. Alcohol is available at events, and suite-level food service is offered for premium guests.

Outside the Venue — Estero and Bonita Springs

Dining near Hertz Arena is concentrated along the Interstate 75 corridor and in nearby Estero and Bonita Springs shopping and dining areas. Coconut Point and Miromar Outlets are two convenient destinations for pre-event or post-event meals.

Security & Policies

Hertz Arena maintains security and venue policies that are updated regularly and may vary by event. Before attending, reviewing the current policy on the venue's official website is strongly recommended.

Bag Policy: Bag restrictions typically apply and can vary by event. Smaller bags are generally permitted subject to inspection, so packing light helps speed up entry.

Commonly Prohibited Items: Commonly restricted items include weapons, outside food and drink, and professional camera or recording equipment. Items deemed a safety risk can also be restricted at entry.

Entry Procedures: Expect bag checks, security screening, and digital ticket verification when entering Hertz Arena. The venue also operates cashless transactions for services such as parking, so bringing a payment card or mobile wallet is helpful.

How Much Do Tickets to Hertz Arena Cost?

Hertz Arena ticket prices vary widely depending on the type of event, the artist or team, seating section, and demand — which is what you'd expect from a venue that hosts everything from family shows and expos to Everblades hockey playoff dates and high-demand concerts.

Florida Everblades hockey tickets typically range from approximately $15 to $50, depending on seat location, matchup, and demand. Regular-season games can offer strong value, while playoff and marquee dates can command higher prices.

Concert tickets can start around $39.50 and rise for higher-demand headliners. Floor seats, lower-bowl seats near the stage, and premium options are typically among the most in-demand listings for major touring acts.

Family shows and expos are often more modestly priced, typically around $10 to $40. Pricing can still vary based on event format, seating setup, and demand.

Buying earlier generally secures better seat selection and pricing for high-demand events. As inventory shrinks and the event date approaches, the best remaining sections can become more expensive.

Hertz Arena Seating Guide

Hertz Arena’s seating layout centers on a single primary bowl surrounding the floor or ice, with configurations that can change for hockey, concerts, expos, and family events. Understanding the difference between lower-bowl proximity, upper-row value, suites, and floor layouts helps you choose the right experience before buying.

Best Seats at Hertz Arena

• Best value: Upper rows and corner or end sections of the bowl are typically the most affordable choices. These seats work well for fans who want to be inside the arena atmosphere while keeping costs lower.
• Closest to the action: Lower-bowl rows nearest the glass provide the closest experience for Everblades hockey, while floor or stage-adjacent seating brings concertgoers closest to the performance.
• Best overall experience: Center-ice and center-stage lower-bowl sections offer strong sightlines and a balanced view of the action, making them a popular choice for fans who want proximity without being too close to one end.
• Premium and suite options: Hertz Arena includes 24 luxury suites, plus Breakaway Sports, the bowl-level restaurant overlooking the arena floor and ice. These areas offer a more elevated experience for premium guests and groups.
• For groups: Coordinating seats early is especially helpful for high-demand concerts, family shows, and playoff hockey dates when contiguous seats can move quickly.
• General admission: Some concerts and expos may use general-admission or floor configurations, creating a more flexible event setup.

Yes. The interactive seat map on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com shows your exact section and row placement before you buy. Getting Ready for Your Hertz Arena Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at an arena where on-site lots can fill before popular events.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the arena entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Give yourself extra time for entry, security, and parking, especially on high-demand nights when the on-site lots fill before start time.
• Wear the right footwear. Hertz Arena is a standard indoor arena with concourse walking and bowl stairs to reach upper rows, so supportive shoes are helpful.
• Dress in layers. As a hockey arena, the seating bowl can run cool near the ice during games. A light layer is advisable for Everblades events.
• Build extra time into your parking plan. Parking is cashless, and arriving early helps reduce stress before popular concerts, playoff games, and sold-out events.
• Know your section. Reviewing your section before arrival helps you move efficiently once you enter, especially for larger events with heavier concourse traffic.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
